Nostrification

Nostrification,

is a process of recognition of previous education abroad and is necessary for studying at MIAS CTU in Prague.

Admitted applicants who have completed the required education at the secondary schools/Universities abroad, may be enrolled in the study programme only if their previous education is officially recognized in the Czech Republic. The confirmation of recognition of previous education must be submitted at the latest when registering for the BDSP.

You have to apply for nostrification at the rectorate of CTU before starting your studies, the processing takes about 30 days and the price is around 950 CZK.

An applicant who applies for an assessment of foreign education, is obliged to fill out an application and deliver necessary documents no later than 30 days before the date of enrolment into study at the faculties to which he applies to.
