On June 12, 2024, the Masaryk Institute of Higher Studies of CTU in Prague organized the 5th international academic hybrid conference on social problems with the Pedagogical Institute of Rzeszów University in Poland, with contributions from Poland, Lithuania, Georgia, Romania, Sri Lanka,, Pakistan, Thailand and Malaysia.

Topics included employee engagement and environmental action, employee turnover, employee education and development, and spiritual ecology.
