Memorandum of cooperation with the Ministry of Finance of the Czech Republic

Directress of MIAS CTU, prof. Vladimíra Dvořáková and Minister of Finance, Zbyněk Stanjura, solemnly signed a memorandum of cooperation on the 21st of July 2022. Good quality cooperation with praxis belongs to the priorities of the Masaryk Institute of Advanced Studies.
Prof. Vladimíra Dvořáková, noted:
Cooperation between university sphere and state institutions, non-government organizations or private sector companies is always a great asset for both parties. Cooperation between Ministry of Finance of the Czech Republic allows students from economic programmes at MIAS CTU in Prague to gain experience, meet new people and try out interesting jobs. Very important is the feedback, which has an impact on the shape and teaching content on the lectures. In my opinion, that is why it is advantageous for the other side because the Ministry gains an influence on the preparation of the possible future workers. The Ministry can also use our experiences with life-long education of workers or work with us in the scientific field.
Minister of Finance, Zbyněk Stanjura, noted:
Cooperation of the Ministry of Finance and educational institutions is good news for all involved parties. It will be beneficial for students, teachers and experts working in the state administration. A number of alumni from these prestigious universities head to the state administration after finishing their studies, and number of our employees is engaged in the activities in the academia field. Mutual cooperation is logical and beneficial for both parties.
