Coach Specific Training
Coach Specific Training is a comprehensive professional one-semester program aimed at acquisition of the basic principles and key competencies for coaching. CST is based on the ICF (International Coach Federation) document called "ICF Professional Core Competencies". In accordance with the document it aims to acquaint students interactively with the main aspects of quality modern coaching in both the working and the personal sphere. The program includes 16 modules with a total of 64 hours of CST, 3-hour workshop on "ICF and requirements for credentials" and 4 hours of practical coaching under the guidance of an experienced coach (71 hours in total). After successful completion of the program, each student receives a certificate of course completion issued by the Masaryk Institute of Advanced Studies, Czech Technical University in Prague, and the amendment to the certificate with the course content and number of hours. Our full-time program is in Czech language.
Who is the CST Programme for?
The programme is designed for those professionals interested in coaching who do not yet have enough practical experience and who want to acquire sound knowledge in the area of coaching. The graduates can apply the acquired know-how in their managerial and consultancy practices or, alternatively, can choose coaching to become their professional career. The programme is also beneficial for employees in various supportive professions (e.g. in the non-profit sector, education, health care, etc.)
COACH SPECIFIC TRAINING:

Module 12: Working with resources during coaching
Module 13: Feedback in coaching
Module 14: Managing of coaching process
Module 15: Measuring progress and results in coaching
Module 16: Mentor-coaching and recent trends in coaching
Who teaches in the CST programme?
CST trainers are experienced coaching trainers, many with international experience and clients. All the trainers are familiar with ICF standards and most of them are involved practically in ICF activities. The tuition is in the Czech language.
CZK 32 500 per complete 71-lesson programme or CZK 2,500 per one half-a-day training (4 hours). Minimum number of participants in the course is 8.
