Research activity is focused on various aspects of sustainability of human capital, especially
in industrial enterprises. The center of gravity of the issue, in examining the issue of internal processes focused on human resources, such as organizational culture, human resource management, competence development and training of staff with specific results in employee productivity and the level of work performance and innovation in project management and quality management.
