Mentor coaching is a tool for the informal sharing of information and experience in the area of coaching skills. It is a relationship between two people, based on communication, where the more experienced person helps the less experienced colleague acquire the skills needed.
The completion of a 10-lesson mentor coaching programme is one of the conditions of acquiring the ICF (ACC, PCC) certification. In compliance with the ICF requirements, the Masaryk Institute of Advanced Studies in Prague offers individual and group mentor coaching.
Students receive a certificate proving they have successfully completed a 10-lesson mentor coaching programme with selected mentor coaches.
Who is mentor coaching for?
The programme is designed for those who want to acquire a certificate in coaching as well as for those interested in improving their coaching skills.
Who are our coaches?
The mentors in our programme are experienced coaches with ICF certification. Mentor coaching is provided in the form of personal meetings, telephone calls or via skype.
Individula mentor coaching
This is a programme for those who prefer a personal approach. The programme is based on partnership discussion, which gives the mentor a chance to fully develop your coaching skills and abilities.
Programme price: CZK 25,000 + VAT for 10 lessons of mentor coaching with one or two mentor coaches (you can choose your mentor coach from our list).
Group mentor coaching
In compliance with the ICF requirements this programme consists of seven lessons of group mentor coaching and three lessons of individual mentor coaching (1 lesson = 60 minutes). The mentor coach decides about the length and number of sessions. The session can last from 60 to 210 minutes (3 to 7 meetings with the mentor). The group has three to six members and is tutored by one mentor (chosen by the group) throughout the programme. We recommend that the applicants create their groups before applying for the programme.
