Students may currently enrol in four accredited University programmes at MIAS.
The core Undergraduate and Graduate programmes in Business have been recently streamlined and restructured, phasing out previously separate programmes in HR Management (undergraduate) and Management of Regional Projects (graduate) and offering a single undergraduate programme Economics and Management of Enterprise and a single graduate programme Innovation Project Management, with students selecting a sequel of concentration classes in each. This organization provides students with a wider range of study opportunities, flexibility to develop according to current demand, and common standards, which facilitate mobility.
Another Undergraduate programme, Technical Teaching Education, is designated for graduate students and graduates of Technical Universities, is taught in Czech only in combined tutorial form.
The only post-graduate Doctoral programme currently taught at MIAS, is History of Engineering, with Quantitative Methods in Economy, originally a joint programme with the University of Economics in Prague, being discontinued. However, there is a close cooperation with the CTU Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, which allows students to apply for the Enterprise Management and Economics programme accredited at that Faculty with MIAS advisors and research topics.
